Frequently Asked Questions

Are the greenhouses currently in stock?

We currently offer two greenhouse models from Texas inventory. Availability can change quickly, so please check the product page or call us at (936) 720-1575 before ordering.

How fast is delivery?

Models stocked in Texas can usually be prepared for delivery faster than factory-order products. The exact dispatch and delivery window depends on the greenhouse, your location, and freight availability.

We confirm the expected delivery timeline before shipment.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping is available on eligible greenhouse orders within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply in remote areas or locations requiring special delivery arrangements.

Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your address qualifies.

How will my greenhouse be delivered?

Greenhouses are generally delivered by freight carrier. The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

You should make sure the delivery area is accessible and that someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.

What should I do when the shipment arrives?

  • Inspect the packaging before accepting delivery.
  • If you notice visible damage:
  • take clear photographs;
  • note the damage on the delivery receipt;
  • keep all packaging;
  • contact us as soon as possible.

Does the greenhouse arrive assembled?

No. The greenhouse is delivered as a kit and requires assembly.

The kit includes the primary frame components, polycarbonate panels, fasteners, and assembly instructions. The exact contents vary by model.

Can I assemble it myself?

Many customers assemble their greenhouse themselves with help from another person. Assembly time depends on the model, size, site preparation, and experience level.

We strongly recommend:

  • preparing a level foundation in advance;
  • reading the instructions before beginning;
  • organizing and checking all parts;
  • having at least one additional person assist.

Do you offer installation?

Installation is not automatically included with the greenhouse.

Contact us before ordering to ask whether local installation or assembly assistance is available in your area.

What type of foundation do I need?

The greenhouse should be installed on a solid, level, and properly anchored base.

Possible foundations include:

  • treated timber;
  • concrete;
  • pavers;
  • a compacted gravel base;
  • another foundation suitable for the model and local conditions.

Always follow the manufacturer’s anchoring and foundation recommendations.

What are the panels made of, and how do they ship?

  • Both models use premium 4mm or 6mm twin-wall polycarbonate.
  • UV Protected: They feature a protective layer that blocks 99% of harmful UV rays while letting in nourishing growth light.
  • Insulating: The twin-wall structure traps air, providing excellent thermal insulation to keep heat in during cold nights.
  • Shipping Note: The polycarbonate sheets ship in tight, rolled bundles to protect them during transit and make transport much easier.

How durable are these structures against high winds?

They are engineered for extreme weather. Because the frames are made of heavy-duty galvanized steel (which resists rust and corrosion forever) and use premium polycarbonate instead of glass, they will easily withstand severe windstorms, hail, and heavy snow without cracking or warping.

Are the greenhouses suitable for Texas weather?

The models are built with galvanized steel frames and polycarbonate panels, but proper installation and anchoring are essential.

Wind, hail, heat, and local weather conditions vary across Texas. Please review the published specifications for the specific model before ordering.

Can I expand my greenhouse later if I run out of room?

Yes! You do not need to buy a brand-new greenhouse. You can purchase our 6.5-foot (2-meter) extension kits at any time to easily lengthen your existing greenhouse.

Will a greenhouse stay cool during a Texas summer?

A greenhouse can become significantly hotter than the outside temperature during summer.

For hot-weather growing, you may need:

  • roof or side ventilation;
  • fans;
  • shade cloth;
  • automatic vent openers;
  • evaporative cooling; careful plant and watering management.

Polycarbonate panels do not eliminate the need for ventilation and shade.

Can I grow year-round?

A greenhouse can extend your growing season and protect plants during cooler weather, but year-round growing depends on your location and setup.

Texas summer growing may require active cooling and shade, while winter growing may require supplemental heat during colder periods.

What sizes are available?

Each model is available in specific widths, heights, and lengths.

The World’s Most Popular Polycarbonate Greenhouse is approximately:

  • 9.84 ft wide
  • 6.56 ft tall
  • available in multiple lengths

Please check the product page for currently available sizes and Texas inventory.

Is assembly difficult? What tools do I need?

  • They are designed as DIY-friendly kits.
  • The frames use a straightforward bolt-and-nut assembly system.
  • The polycarbonate panels are easily secured to the frame using self-tapping screws with rubber washers.
  • Tools needed: A screwdriver/drill, a wrench, a utility knife (to trim the polycarbonate for the doors/windows), and a level.

How do I know which model is right for me?

Consider:

  • available backyard space;
  • desired growing area;
  • plant height;
  • need for shelving or raised beds;
  • local weather;
  • budget;
  • future expansion.

Send us your available width and length, and we can help you compare the two models.

Are accessories included?

Standard accessories vary by model.

Optional upgrades may include:

  • roof vents;
  • automatic vent openers;
  • shelves;
  • additional doors;
  • structural supports;
  • shade cloth.

Review the product page carefully to see what is included before ordering.

What warranty is included?

Warranty coverage depends on the model and manufacturer.

Some models include separate coverage for the frame and polycarbonate panels. Please review the warranty information on the product page before purchasing.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned within the stated return period, subject to the return policy.

Because greenhouses are large freight items, return shipping and restocking conditions may apply. Do not return a greenhouse without contacting us first.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered preparation, dispatch, or freight scheduling. Fees may apply depending on the order status.

Can I speak with someone before ordering?

Yes. We encourage customers to contact us before purchasing, especially if they have questions about sizing, delivery, access, foundations, or accessories.
