We accept returns of unused, unassembled products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Before returning any item, please contact HouseYourGreens.com for approval and return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and applicable original shipping charges or restocking fees may be deducted from the refund. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items immediately and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping.
