Extra height. Serious strength. Timeless design.

The Classic Arch Greenhouse combines the graceful look of a traditional arched greenhouse with a heavy-duty galvanized steel frame and durable double-wall polycarbonate panels.

At 9.84 ft wide and 7.87 ft tall, it provides more headroom than the lower-profile polycarbonate model, making it especially suitable for trellised crops, tall plants, shelving, raised beds, and comfortable everyday gardening. It is offered in six lengths, from 13 ft to 45.93 ft.

Currently available from Texas inventory for faster delivery.

Why choose the Classic Arch?

  • 65 mph wind rating
  • 3.07-inch galvanized steel frame
  • ¼-inch double-wall polycarbonate panels
  • 99% UV blocked
  • Extra-tall 7.87 ft interior height
  • Front door and rear ventilation window included
  • Six available lengths
  • Compatible with vents, shelves, additional doors, and roof supports

More headroom for ambitious growing

The Classic Arch is the taller polycarbonate option in the collection. Its generous interior height gives you more flexibility for:

  • tomatoes, cucumbers, and other climbing crops;
  • trellises and hanging baskets;
  • tall shelving and potting benches;
  • dwarf fruit trees and larger container plants;
  • raised beds with comfortable working space;
  • a wide central walkway.

The arched roof creates usable width through the middle of the greenhouse while helping wind, rain, and snow move around or off the structure.

Available sizes

Every Classic Arch Greenhouse is:

  • 9.84 ft wide
  • 7.87 ft tall

Choose from the following lengths:

Length Listed growing area
13 ft 42 sq ft
19.66 ft 65 sq ft
26.16 ft 86 sq ft
32.75 ft 107 sq ft
39.33 ft 129 sq ft
45.93 ft 150 sq ft

Heavy-duty steel construction

The frame is made from a 3.07-inch galvanized steel profile, designed to provide greater rigidity and long-term stability than lightweight aluminum greenhouse kits.

The galvanized finish helps resist corrosion, while the rounded structural shape is designed to reduce the direct pressure of wind and accumulated weather.

Proper foundation preparation and anchoring remain essential, particularly in exposed or storm-prone locations.

Double-wall polycarbonate panels

The greenhouse uses ¼-inch double-wall polycarbonate panels. The air space between the two layers provides better insulation than a single-wall panel and helps diffuse harsh direct sunlight across the growing area.

Benefits include:

  • more even light distribution;
  • protection from wind and heavy rain;
  • improved heat retention during cool weather;
  • impact resistance;
  • reduced risk of shattered glazing.

For hot Texas summers, roof ventilation, fans, airflow, and shade cloth may still be required.

What is included

The standard greenhouse kit includes:

  • galvanized steel frame;
  • double-wall polycarbonate panels;
  • one front door;
  • one rear ventilation window;
  • required brackets and fasteners;
  • assembly instructions.

Accessories sold separately

Items shown under Complete Your Setup are not included with the standard greenhouse kit. They should be offered as separate products:

  • manual roof vent;
  • automatic vent opener;
  • greenhouse shelves;
  • additional rear door;
  • telescopic roof supports;
  • lifetime warranty upgrade.

This keeps the base product clear and allows each customer to build the setup they actually need.

DIY assembly

The Classic Arch is supplied as a pre-cut kit for on-site assembly. The manufacturer describes it as suitable for DIY installation, though assistance from at least one other person is recommended.

Before assembly:

  • prepare a level, stable foundation;
  • confirm the complete footprint;
  • inspect and organize all components;
  • review local permit and setback requirements;
  • follow the manufacturer’s anchoring instructions.

Because the larger versions contain many frame and panel sections, assembly time increases with greenhouse length.
